Stelia factory of the future: REEL’s key contribution
REEL played a central role in bringing this factory of the future to life, by supplying the innovative Barque 11/12 moving line.
This advanced assembly system enables Stelia to significantly increase production rates and reduce manufacturing costs. Once fully operational, the line will allow the production of up to 63 A320 forward fuselages per month.
Performance recognized by industry leaders
During the inauguration, several representatives from Airbus and Stelia expressed their appreciation for REEL’s expertise and the quality of the delivered system.
Philippe Frantz, President of REEL, received direct praise from the Méaulte plant director, Stelia’s procurement director, and the production teams themselves. All highlighted REEL’s strong contribution to the success of Stelia’s factory of the future.
