Committed to Industrial Health and Safety
At REEL, health and safety are not just regulatory obligations—they are collective and ongoing commitments. In both prevention and response, our teams work daily to minimize risks, improve working conditions, and protect the physical and mental well-being of everyone across all our sites and projects.
Our Health and Safety Pillars
Training sessions, awareness initiatives, medical monitoring, risk analysis, and project preparation—anticipating risks means reducing them.
Audits, incident reporting, and a safety culture—everyone contributes to collective safety.
Digital tools, field feedback, and regulatory monitoring—our approach is ever-evolving.

Protecting Employees’ Health
REEL implements a comprehensive health policy structured around prevention, screening, and personalized support.
Our initiatives include:
- Regular medical monitoring in collaboration with occupational health services.
- Awareness campaigns on topics like musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), addictions, nutrition, etc.
- Training internal representatives on health-related risks.
- Adapting workspaces to address musculoskeletal disorder risks.
This long-term approach benefits all our teams, in France and internationally.

Workplace Safety: A Shared Responsibility at Every Level
We foster a responsible, participatory safety approach that is ingrained in daily operations:
- Conducting regular audits and safety inspections.
- Engaging a network of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) experts.
- Utilizing reporting platforms to document incidents (accidents, near-misses, minor injuries, hazardous situations, etc.).
- Systematically analyzing accidents and near-misses.
- For High-Potential Severity Incidents (HIPO): performing in-depth analysis and debriefing with management.
- Implementing and following up on corrective and preventive action plans.
Everyone plays a role in ensuring safety, and we work together to build a shared culture—demanding yet supportive.
