Specialised Welding Machines and Custom Welding Installations
REEL CMF develops automated welding machines and robotic welding solutions compatible with MIG, TIG, plasma, laser and submerged arc processes. Our equipment covers the entire workflow: welding heads, positioning and clamping fixtures, flux units, preheating systems, ergonomic operator stations and intelligent control systems.
These solutions ensure precise, reliable and consistent welding, even in the most demanding industrial environments such as nuclear, defense and automotive.
Innovative and High-Performance Plate Roll Bending Machines
REEL CMF, through its JAMMES brand, designs automatic plate rolling machines renowned for their precision and productivity. Their patented technology ensures optimal forming, single-pass rolling and fast diameter changes, with throughput rates of up to 600 shells per hour.
Our rolling machines can process a wide variety of materials – steel, stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, titanium, Inconel – and can produce cylindrical, oval or multi-radius shapes for thicknesses from 0.5 to 10 mm, diameters from 40 mm and lengths up to 12 m.
Fully Automated & Robotic Roll Bending and Welding Lines
REEL CMF designs automatic rolling-welding lines for the production of high-precision tubes, ducts, tanks and shells, in both small and very large series. These lines combine rolling, continuous or discontinious welding, quality control and traceability, using advanced technologies such as the patented Rollstar 160.
They integrate robotics, vision systems, supervision, dimensional control and automatic parameter adjustment to ensure reliable, ergonomic and high-performance production.
Automated Custom Machines
Based on specific requirements (safety, productivity, quality, ergonomics) or on a customer specifications document, REEL CMF can design automated equipment tailored to each stage of the process..

Hot Forming Presses
REEL CMF is a specialist in hightemperature forming. The company provides hot forming presses – SPF, Hot Forming and Dual SPF/HF – for the production of complex parts in titanium, Inconel or aluminum.
These processes allow elongations of up to 2,000%.
Our presses offer capacities from 150 to 2,000 tons and precise temperature control up to 900°C. They incorporate automatic handling systems to secure and speed up operations.
These solutions incorporate advanced technologies to and minimise downtime, such as quick tool change systems and automated loading/unloading devices.
