REEL at the forefront of WNE 2025 highlights

During the 2025 edition, REEL stood out with several major announcements:

  • Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NUWARD
    Julien Garrel, CEO of NUWARD, and Olivier Demarthe, COO of REEL, signed a strategic partnership. The goal: combine expertise to foster a more sustainable, innovative and efficient nuclear industry.
  • Partnership agreement with OTRERA
    REEL and CNIM Industrial Systems joined the OTRERA project to design and operate a sodium‑cooled fast neutron reactor, with commissioning planned for 2032. REEL contributes its expertise in fuel handling and ESPN heat exchange systems.
  • International networking and exchanges
    REEL teams showcased complete lifting and handling solutions, mechanical systems for critical environments and operational tooling. This was a unique opportunity to strengthen ties with global stakeholders and share a common vision of responsible nuclear energy.
