Recruitment at REEL: 2025 Review and 2026 Outlook
In 2025, REEL continued to expand its teams to support the growth of its operations in France and internationally. With nearly 500 new hires, recruitment remains central to the Group’s strategy: attracting, integrating, and retaining diverse talent capable of driving our industrial and technical projects forward.
This momentum aligns with the broader development of our business and the reinforcement of our presence in key markets.
Partnerships & Academic Relations: Investing in Tomorrow’s Talent
In 2025, REEL welcomed approximately 100 apprentices and interns across all its sites, along with six recent graduates through its Graduate Program. By offering young professionals the opportunity to work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced teams, REEL fosters the development of essential technical and behavioral skills.
REEL also maintains strong ties with the academic world through two dedicated technical training programs aimed at preparing future maintenance technicians and automation engineers. These partnerships reflect a long-term commitment based on proximity, collaboration, and co-constructing training pathways aligned with field realities.
Enhanced On-the-Ground Presence
Throughout the year, HR and operational teams actively participated in various events:
Professional and job fairs (including Mondial des Métiers, Elan Vert l’Industrie, Salon Hydro, WNE)
School forums (including job dating events in IUTs and vocational high schools, Rhône-Alpes Forum)
Student-focused engagement activities (including career discovery workshops and innovation challenges with engineering schools)
In total, around 30 recruitment events marked 2025, strengthening REEL’s visibility among candidates and building a pipeline of profiles aligned with future needs.
Continuous Improvement of Candidate and Employee Experience
Beyond recruitment volume, REEL is committed to delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and new hires. In 2025, several initiatives were launched to further structure the onboarding process for new employees.
2026: Recruitment Challenges and Outlook
In 2026, with over 200 positions open, REEL continues to operate in a context of high demand for skilled talent. Emphasis remains on technical and engineering roles, as well as complex project management.
REEL will continue to prioritize on-the-ground presence to engage directly with candidates. A dozen events are already planned for Q1 2026.
This approach reflects a long-term strategy: showcasing our professions, inspiring vocations, and supporting the skill development of the next generation.
By combining field presence, sustainable partnerships, candidate experience excellence, and structured onboarding, REEL pursues a clear objective: attracting and retaining the talent that will help meet tomorrow’s industrial challenges.
