Biomethanation converts organic waste into biogas. This renewable energy can then be used to generate electricity and heat. With over 600 units operating in France, demand for robust, efficient systems is growing rapidly.
MC Levage equips these facilities with fully automated overhead cranes, supporting the entire process:
- Grabs collect manure or similar material
- The waste feeds into hoppers and grinders
- Buckets transfer the processed material to digestion tanks
- Digestate is recovered post-treatment
