From its beginnings as an internal training school to becoming a recognized center for ongoing education in lifting and handling professions, REEL Academy has paved a path closely aligned with industry demands.

Origins and Evolution of REEL Academy
Faced with growing demand for technical skills in lifting and safety, REEL made a decisive choice: to create its own training center. Over time, what began as a means to pass down strategic know-how has become a fully-fledged internal school. Today, REEL Academy trains not only REEL employees but also external partners, supporting skill development in demanding and ever-evolving professions.
REEL establishes its own training center to meet the company’s unique needs for technical expertise.
The school gains recognition as a training organization meeting Datadock quality requirements.
The school officially becomes REEL Academy and relocates to Veolia Campus as part of its growth.
Achieves Certimétal and CACES® certifications and hires its first permanent trainer.
REEL Academy earns QUALIOPI certification and moves to the REEL Campus in Meyzieu.
The Academy continues to grow with additional facilities to host more training sessions and trainees.
