MC Levage designs and installs customised gantries and overhead cranes tailored to complex industrial environments. Each piece of equipment is specifically designed to meet technical requirements, loads, and unique configurations. The custom-built MC Levage REEL gantries and overhead cranes are perfectly suited to various sectors thanks to their robust design and high flexibility. They are available in manual, semi-automated, or fully automated (full-auto) modes, offering reliable and efficient material handling solutions. Often equipped with specialised grabs, buckets, or lifting beams, they are ideal for demanding tasks such as handling bulk materials at waste processing plants, cement factories, or other bulk handling operations.

Overhead cranes and gantries adapted to work in harsh and corrosive environments, with manual or automated control options. They may be equipped with buckets or grabs for demanding applications.

Heavy-duty overhead cranes, available in semi-automatic or fully automatic configuration, equipped with grabs for feeding furnaces with household waste and handling slag in incineration plants or transferring waste to trucks or bins at transfer stations.

Fully automated overhead cranes equipped with grabs or buckets with a capacity of 3 to 10 tons. Configurable automation programs tailored to the specific needs of biomass heating plants and methanisation units.

Intensive-use overhead cranes, available in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic versions. These solutions can incorporate onboard or remote monitoring software for the management of bulk materials.

Gantry cranes designed for container handling, equipped with cabins or remote control stations.
Customised lifting and material handling equipment for manufacturers, suppliers, and airlines. This includes specialised bridges, automated air lane systems, ascend/descend stations, robotic transporters, winches, long-span cranes, and lifting beams.
