REEL team members win 2025 technical skills competitions

At REEL, upskilling, knowledge transfer, and technical excellence are deeply rooted in our DNA. In 2025, three of our team members stood out in prestigious technical skills competitions, proudly embodying our values of commitment and expertise.

Outstanding performances in national competitions

Mathéo, finalist at WorldSkills France

Mathéo, a BTS Maintenance apprentice at our Rhône-Alpes site, will compete in the national finals of WordSkills France in October 2025 in Marseille. He excelled in the regional rounds across multiple disciplines: turning-milling, welding, fault diagnosis, and robotic maintenance. His achievement reflects the strength of our apprenticeship program through the REEL Academy, which nurtures young talent in technical fields.

David and Mario shine at the French Welding Championships

In Nantes, David Tuffereau and Mario Stephan took on the challenge of the French Welding Championships organized by AFPS. Both scored a perfect 20/20 in the theoretical exam. Mario competed in the semi-automatic welding category and delivered a strong performance, despite not qualifying for the finals. David, in manual TIG welding, ranked 7th nationally and reached the finals in Poitiers, finishing 9th overall, a brilliant result that showcases his skill and dedication.

Promoting technical careers at REEL

These journeys reflect our commitment to promoting technical careers and creating an environment that fosters individual growth in service of collective excellence. Through the REEL Academy and our training initiatives, we support our employees in reaching new heights, cultivating precision, passion, and mastery.

Congratulations to Mathéo, David, and Mario for their inspiring achievements!
